"Our family has been enjoying Evolution Catering's fantastic food by ordering weekly for the last several months. Owner/Chef Katherine does it all herself. You get to talk to her; she e-mails you; she prepares the food, and she delivers the food. She is super responsive. The convenience is obvious and the cost quite reasonable (portions are generous). But we would not order if the food didn't taste good and it's not just good, it's great! Chef Katherine doesn't tout this enough, but she uses organic whenever possible and truly understands healthy ingredients and methods. I always seem to have a question for her regarding the quality of an ingredient because I don't expect the food to taste as great as it does using organic food and clean cooking methods. Be sure to try her Family Style offerings and desserts when available - amazing! Chef Katherine has smart, convenient packaging to both preseve the freshness of the food and make it easier to prepare at home. The food comes with "best served by" dates and instructions on how to warm it up. She even has beautiful Evolution Catering logo carrying bags. It really is what you would love to make yourself".

"Great dishes this week. The steak was so tender and the pepper sauce delish. I think you sent me the steak less cooked this time because when I heated it up it was still medium rare! The Halibut was moist and flaky."
