New to Evolution? Here's how it works...
*We Deliver from San Francisco to San Jose plus Oakland*
1. Order Online by Sunday at Noon
Click on the Order! tab to see this week’s menu. Order by clicking the meals you want. There is no minimum order, and you can order from us as often or as rarely as you like.
2. Food Delivered on Monday
We prepare your meals fresh on Monday morning and deliver them to your office or home later that day. If you’re not sure you’ll be there to receive delivery, just tell us to put a few extra ice packs in your box.
3. Heat Up and Enjoy!
This takes 10-15 minutes on average and involves popping the meals in the oven, heating up on the stove in a fry pan, or simmering your vacuum sealed meals in water. Check out our video gallery to see some sample videos

Where do you deliver?
San Francisco and the Peninsula, as far South as San Jose, plus Oakland. If you live in other parts of the East Bay or the North Bay, join our waiting list for delivery to those areas by emailing waiting@evolutioncatering.com
Are your meals ever frozen?
Nope! Everything is made fresh in our kitchen every Monday just a few hours before we deliver to you.
Can I pick up my order?
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Nope! If you can't be home for delivery, just let us know when you order and we'll add a few extra ice packs to your box. We can also deliver to your office if that is more convenient.
Can I order a gift certificate?
Where do I enter my promo code?
On Step 2 of the checkout process, there is a promo code box. Enter your code and hit 'apply'. You will see the amount of your discount deducted from your total.
Note that if you choose "PayPal Express" for payment, you will be unable to enter a code because this option bypasses the promo code box.
Should I remove the lid before putting my food in the oven?
Yes, unless the heating instructions on our site say otherwise.
What are your delivery fees?
Delivery fees range from $7.50-10. Instantly reduce your delivery fees by choosing a flexible delivery time in the shipping options (Step 2 of checkout). All orders over $200 are free delivery, so feel free to stock up on freezer-friendly items :)
What time will the food arrive on Monday?
The food will be delivered between 3:30-8pm. You can choose between an early delivery time (3:30-6)or a later one (5:30-8) for $10.
How many calories are in Evolution meals?
At EC we try to avoid calorie counting as much as possible and just focus on good clean honest foods that are naturally nutritious.
Can I return your ice packs and brown box?
Yes! Just leave them on your porch next time you order and we'll pick them up! Thanks for helping us stay green.What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Email kat@evolutioncatering.com and she can help you out. We take all changes and cancellations until Sunday at noon. After this point, we have already started prepping the ingredients so your order may be subject to a 50% charge.
What about food allergies?
We do our best to accommodate everyone's dietary restrictions. We try to offer vegetarian, dairy free and gluten free foods as much as possible. But please note that we are not a gluten free (or nut free) facility. So if you have a serious allergy in which you can't eat foods that come in contact with gluten or nuts, we do not recommend you ordering. We take food allergies very seriously and can not guarantee with complete certainty that our meals will be 100% safe for anyone with a food allergy. If you have specific questions about any of the ingredients let us know and we can clarify the ingredient list for you.
